If you’re looking for hands-on coaching, regular sessions, and personalized guidance, this one’s for you. Whether you're returning to fitness after a break, training during or after pregnancy, or just ready to make serious progress, this level gives you all the support and accountability to make it happen.

  • Premium Plus: 12 sessions/month — $600 ($50/session)

  • Premium: 8 sessions/month — $440 ($55/session)

Flexible Support
1:1 

Want structure and expert guidance, but don’t need weekly sessions? This level is great if you’re juggling a busy schedule, tight on time, or just want to keep things consistent without going all in.

4 sessions/month — $240 ($60/session)

Small Group (Semi-Private)
2-3:1

Want to train with a buddy or two? My semi-private option brings the fun and motivation of group training, while still giving you personal attention. Ideal for anyone who loves a social vibe in a private setting.

  • 8 sessions — $280 per person ($35/session)

  • 4 sessions — $160 per person ($40/session)
