My Journey in a Nutshell
  • Former perpetual dieter who discovered her strength through functional movement, not calorie counting.

  • Found my love for strength training through CrossFit, then spent years doing it across Central America, Korea, and then Hanoi.

  • Learned first-hand how fitness and nutrition can fall apart when you're abroad, and how real, flexible coaching doesn’t.

  • In 2024, went full-time into coaching after realizing life is too short...this is my why.

  • I’m certified in CrossFit, nutrition, women’s health, postpartum recovery, and menopause coaching, and I’ve built Strong Abroad for women on the move.

Here’s why I started Strong Abroad:

A decade ago, I landed in Hanoi and discovered what many expats realize fast: fitness, nutrition, and wellness advice rarely holds up when you’re not in one place.

 

Gyms, foods, schedules...they shift. Healthcare can be complicated. So I built a better way: training that travels with you.
