why work with katie?
I’m a certified Precision Nutrition Coach and Women’s Menopause Specialist (GGS), but more than that, I’ve spent the last decade learning what actually helps women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health.
After working with countless nutritionists myself (some great, some not so much) I’ve seen firsthand how easy it is for women to get stuck in extremes, guilt, or confusion about food.
That’s why I coach differently. I don’t hand out meal plans or quick fixes. I help you build habits that fit your real life, whether you’re at home, traveling, or navigating one of those unpredictable expat seasons.
